Details of the Recommendation: "I had an existing insurance policy which I asked Robert to review. He pointed out a couple of areas which I did not have cover for which I thought were included under my previous policy and he highlighted a number of areas of cover which needed upgrading. He did so, for my benefit alone and not with the intention of making a “sale” or increasing the price because the extra cover only cost a nominal amount.
Without his advice and direction I would have continued blissfully unaware of the deficiency in my cover until I had the misfortune of a claim occurring. If this happened it could have proven very costly.
